Resizing Model Help

how can i resize the model without the fortwaffles resizer program
GIVE ME STEPS ON HOW STEP BY STEP
note: someone told me i could do it by animation editor if you know how tell me step by step

I think you just resize the polygons in BrawlBox, but I'm also clueless.

you can't edit the polygons scale size

look the file says my vidoe card is too low i need to figure out how to do it the old animator editor way.

I have a similar problem.
The resizer program is just working for ages but does only affect 1 of the 3 polygons and this one looks messed up after it. Any alternatives except animation way?
