Requesting help with Raw Data Files

I know how to work all the files I need in Brawlbox. Except for the MiscData files. It seems that no one has interpreted these raw data files yet. Is there anyone that specializes in these files?

If you must know, there's only two MiscData files I care about right now; The MiscData file in Smashville concerning the wii internal clock and Master Hand's obscure hitbox data, but the latter is rather impossible, so can someone help with Smashville?
