Request virtual console games?

Does anyone know if there is a dedicated email address or any specific place that I could request a game for virtual console? I've looked all over Nintendo's site and either I don't know how to search, or possibly they don't take requests. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

It's not a by request service. You can discuss all matters concerning the Virtual Console in the Virtual Console thread.
