[REQUEST] SD Remix 3.3 With Unlockables

I have a request. Would anyone be willing to make an SD Remix 3.3 xdelta patch or something that relocks all the characters, stages and event matches? I want to 100% Melee with all of SD Remix 3.3's balance changes as well as using some of the custom presets they have but its not possible to relock all the characters stages and event matches. I've tried before with MCM and it seems its not possible
