(REQUEST) Larger Previews for Expansion Pack?

This is regarding Libertyernie's 12-stage expansion pack. Does anyone know how to increase the stage preview size and add back individual icons/ banners (like this)? Asking as Liberyerine seems to be inactive on the forums.

The reason why they are smaller is because they use more space in the limited amount we have to tinker with in the custom content point of view.

I'm not taking about increasing the size via the common5 pac, I mean the preview square in-game. The 2nd link in the OP shows it can be done.
