[Request/Help] Increasing Volume on Yoshi's Story?

The first track on Melee Yoshi's is really quiet, even in stock PM, but the BRSTM itself seems to be at a perfectly fine volume. Is there any way to adjust this, probably in the GCT?

There are several codes to increase the volume for stage slots, but as of 3.5 they've reportedly stopped working.
