As we all know, you can save replays to a SD-card, so would it be possible, to extract the replay-video out from the BIN-file? That would make possible high quality videos, and u wouldn't need a cam to record.

this belongs in videography. And no, since the BIN file is just a list of instructions to recreate the match, which, in turn, is also why it takes a couple of moments to load replays. But that does bring up an idea. Maybe we can open the BIN file to edit the instructions. Anyone with enough info on the replays could easily change the outcome of the entire match....or screw the game over.

Replays are just the actions taken through the game. In order to recreate that game you will need the game running and process that information stored to recreate that.

To do it properly, someone would have to emulate that entire section of the game.
That would be so incredibly hard to do.

Unless Nintendo was nice enough to do it for us, considering they made the game. They could offer a free service on the Smash Dojo for turning a snapshot into a .jpeg and a replay into a .wmv

But I don't see it happening.
