Replacing Project M specific stages

Does anyone know how to replace stages that aren't from brawl ex. training room and kongo junlge

Just replace their files. Training room is "STGTRAING.pac" and Jungle Japes (which I'm assuming you're confusing with kongo jungle) is "STGDXGARDEN.pac"

If you downloaded some random stage from the internet that's based on, say, final destination, then you'll need to convert a .rel so the stage will work correctly.
