All you have to do is put the BRSTM file in your sound folder (same place as the fighter, info, menu, and those other folders), and rename it so the game knows which song to replace. Here is a list of all of the songs you can replace along with IDs for them. This list uses the vBrawl list of stages, so some will be different. An example of a renamed file would be X04.brstm, being over the first slot on the Battlefield stage.
