Replacing Jigglypuff's Fairy Costume?

Hi there I'm trying to replace the Jigglypuff fairy costume in pm with another costume but for some reason when I replaced the texture, Jigglypuff still has the glitter effect on the back whenever she jumps or taunts from the left hand side... Can someone help me out here?

You will have to remove the Effects from the PSA. The Fairy Effects are one slot.
