Replace Alt Stages?

Greetings! I was hoping to replace the alt stages of the N64 Stages with the ones removed, Mushroomy Kingdom over Metal Cavern 64, Bridge of Eldin over Hyrule Castle 64, etc. What did I do wrong?

Yup, haha, accidentally deleted my symptoms, haha.
When I tried to load the stage, the collisions were good, and the character showed up, but everything was black. Mushroomy Kingdom wouldn't scroll, Bridge of Eldin wouldn't blow up, and the moblin was T-Posed on top of it.

Yup, I know what I did wrong! I put the rel file over the HD's rel, not the 64's rel, hahaha!
