Removing cBliss from Project M codeset

I downloaded a Project M build that included the stage expansion and cBliss codes. I've been installing a lot of my own stuff, but my build isn't very stable since I'm missing some costumes. I'd like to make a copy of my codeset without cBliss so that it's more stable, but I'd like to keep my stage expansion and custom SSS codes, but I only have the GCT file and Code Manager can't open GCT files. Is there a way that I can do this without having to start over?

I'm pretty sure mewtwo2000s cbliss tool has a 'remove' function.
