Relatively New to this... Some Help?

SO, what i want to do is use a Custom CSS for PM so that all the tiles are moved around, i have the file download and the coding was in the zip, but in a text file [facepalm] here's where im a goof..... i dunno what im supposed to do with it, LIKE AT ALL. i want to believe im supposed rename it to the RSBE01.gct but that sounds to good to be true

Use this online GCT creator. It should just be cut and paste (if the codes are formatted correctly).

the code they have for brawl, not PM... so how would i add the PM GCT??

Since Project M has a different number of slots for characters than Brawl does (for Mewtwo, ZSS, etc.), the code might have to be updated. Unfortunately, I have no experience with this. If you ask around on KC-MM though, there should be someone there who could help you out.
