Regarding worldwide release time

Quick question because I don't remember Nintendo's release day/time habits: is there a generally accepted time that games have been releasing on the eShop for the Switch? I seem to recall some games releasing at 11 PM CST technically the night before the official release, which would lead me to believe most games have a 12 AM EST release time?
