redux fountain of dreams

So when I emulate fountain of dreams in melee my frame rate drops significantly because my computer can't handle it. So can somebody please remake fountain of dreams but with less resource intensive appearance. (But! It also needs to have the same level layout! no changes to the stage. mainly textures and effects need to be changed.)
