Recording videos with a Hauppauge capture card?

Hello,
I have a Hauppauge 26xxx capture card in my PC, drivers installed and stuff.
I plugged my Gamecube into the back of that card using A/V cables (the red/white/yellow ones).
Now, the question is, what do I do now? I've plugged it in, but I have no idea how to get SSBM on this screen here. WinTV, the software that was supposed to come with the TV card, doesn't want to display the S-Video channel for some reason. Media Center says the decoder is already in use (while it obviously isn't). Any ideas on how I should record with all those issues?
