Recently moved to Germany, need some help.

I cant seem to find a "German smash" website, or a way to look at the tournaments in english, as my internet does not prompt me to translate the page into english. I am a United States soldier who has recently moved to Germany to serve an Active Duty tour, and I would like to get back into competitive smash Like I did in New Jersey while I was home for a month visiting family and friends.

any and all help is greatly appreciated, Thank you for your time.
