Receiving Vault Data after adding code to RSBE01

I've been trying to add a few codes to my RSBE01, namely:

CSS Song Cycler:
C2078E28 00000007
809C0178 2C1B0004
40820028 8082FFF0
2C040000 4182000C
2C04270D 4180000C
38802707 3884FFFF
38840001 9082FFF0
60000000 00000000
No Stickers:
4A000000 8098D528
D2000000 00000003
2C060033 40820008
38C00013 60000000
90DD08C0 00000000

Note this code actually seems to cause some stage loading delay even if you turn items off. I think I'll leave it out regardless.
I also plan to add a code to remove the song switching for Obstacle Course on Yoshi's Island Brawl since I'm using Lost Woods over it, and eventually CBliss though I haven't gotten that far.

However, if I add either of these codes to my .gct file, I get "Receiving Vault Data" when starting Project M. Does anyone know why I'm getting this? I haven't been able to find any information on it. I've tried using Ocarina to create a .gct and merge it using the GCT Fusionizer, and I also tried editing the gct using BrawlBox. I have not tried using GCTEdit, mainly to avoid every installing Java on my PC. Any ideas? Thanks!

Edit: Well, now I've removed the custom RSBE01.gct and I'm still getting Receiving Vault Data. The only other files I've modified are Common5.pac (for custom stage Icons), mu_menumain.pac (for custom song names in My Music), info.pac (for custom song names in stage select). Still don't have a clue as to what could be causing the oddity.

Edit 2: More errors in my original post. It seems that the "No Stickers" code isn't causing the massive loading time increase on stages. The latest build seems to have that problem regardless. I'm going to try tracking down the issue, though I'm thinking it might be either the mu_menumain.pac or common5.pac. Once again, any help would be appreciated.

Edit 3: Through experimentation, I now believe it is both my mu_menumain.pac and info.pac at the same time that is causing the issue. I still need to investigate potential mitigations.
