This is the manga of the voice actor and artist Sonny Strait, who does voices for characters such as Krillin from DBZ, Lupin the Third, Maes Hughes from Fullmetal Alchemist, among many others. To make my point quite terse, read the few pages that are online of it and then vote for it on the side in the Top Web Comics! But only if you think it truly deserves it, you hear?! Let's get him to number one shall we?! It only takes a second to register, and you can vote once per day!
Also, there is a full volume out there online, if one is interested in reading the entire thing after purchasing. :D
