Just a simple question that probably has some simple answer that I don't know about, but I want to know how to re-enable the glass walls that were in Brawl's Home-Run Contest to play Home-Run Contest in Project M with the glass walls. The glass walls really help with distance-building.
Just a simple question, and I hope I can get an answer. :)

Navigate to SD and delete the STGHOMERUN.pac from stages and st_homerun.rel from module.

Will that cause any additional issues in Home-Run Contest, or does it just plain up restore the glass walls with Project M physics in HRC?

Nope you're good :)

On a side note, please leave any future questions you have in Help and Support.
Actually, I still have a question that I'd like to ask you, if that's OK.
I noticed in the files that, along with Home-Run Contest, there are files in both stages and modules correlating to other stages like New Pork City, for example. Just as a hypothetical question, if I were to delete STNEWPORK.pac from stages and st_newpork.rel from modules, would that delete the Fourside stage and put New Pork City back in, albeit with Project M physics?
Purely hypothetical. I'm not trying it out yet.

Stages don't correlate to in-game physics. Yes, you would restore new pork, and yes, it would still be P:M's physics. Stages don't affect this.

Yeah it applies to any stage. Keep in mind that even if you revert the stage to it's original state, the previews and icons will need to be changed separately.

I find it weird that the walls were removed in Project M... sure it makes it more like Melee... but in Melee you were able to grab the sandbag and throw it Up or down which really helped in gaining damage without knocking it off.

I don't suppose making the Sandbag something you can grab will be a thing again though... since it is now an item and not a character.

You know, I don't think Brawl's glass walls were a bad idea, but they were more durable than they should have been.. I think giving the player one wall bounce before the wall breaks would be a great idea.
