Based on that match.... It needs a lot of work.

For starters, Get rid of the Rollouts, work on resting, and bair and fair more.

well there are some problems....
1.rollout-not good for recovery, jiggs has 5 jumps. use them. Also use rising pound. And even airdodge.just never rollout. And as an atack, its situational.spamming it will most likely result in a (insert attack here) in your face. Also note that its priority is one of the worst in the game.
2.Dash attack can handy, but not when spammed. If the opponnent teched, half of the dash attacks would of been useless.
3.GET IN THE AIR!!! Jiggs has one of the best, if not best arial game.she has great Di,hitboxes priority, blah blah blah IN THE AIR. plus shes like the slowest char. on the ground anyways. This means replace some of your "not so great" ground attacks with arials (ex. ftilt)
4.Rest on gannon-not good to be as random and "cheap" with rests on gannon cuz 1 miss=utilt/warlock punch...and no jiggs likes that....
5.punish-as a jiggs player,I relized that lag is a wonderful thing...because jiggs can really punish the lag on most characters. You have options such as bairs, utilts and ftils to do comboes/WoP to rack up damage,or maybe a kill. And if its safe enough rest is an available option.

last minute notes...pound can be a great comb starter but there are better options to rack up damage with jiggs. and grap a little more.

Try and read the jiggly guide and watch jigg videos like king and stuff there were many flaws in your game that need to be corrected. Try watching 1v1 matches instead of combo vids so you say how they actually approach a match.

wait why get rid of rollouts? you can short hop into it and it will be fully charged when you land then BAM!!!!! they never saw it coming and if they crouch cancel a lot then you crush them off the edge so they cant recover..............ROLLOUT is awesome....

Rollout is still much too slow to be useful. The only time it is at all reliable is when the opponent is recovering onto a stage with no edges, aka Mute City.

Once it a while, it will catch someone off guard, but an opponent who is expecting it will be able to punish you.
