and also, if you have the time, *this*

A few pointers:
-Only post one team at a time.
-Include items.
-Include EVs.
-NEVER put more than one move of each type on a pokemon. Case in point: your luxray, with thunderbolt, spark, and thunder.
-Putting both special and physical moves on a pokemon is usually not a good idea. Especially if they're the same type. Example: Garchomp, with Draco Meteor and Dragon Claw. Stick with dragon claw.
-Natures: they're hurting you. For instance: Garchomp is relaxed, which lowers his speed. Learn about natures in the second link.

Welcome to competitive battling. After you've learned up, repost/edit your post so we can rate it for real.

Anyways, although I agree with what everyone has said, I'll go ahead and RTPs. I won't say things like Gyarados > Team. I won't suggest EV spreads, either, as I don't know what you're trying to make each Pokemon do. In fact, I can't really suggest movepools because of the same reason. I'll do my best.

The way you posted your teams is only part of the problem.
