Let me give you some good sets. There's Mix Ape.

EVs: 252 Sp.A,232 Speed,24 Attack

Fire Blast/Flamethrower

As for Magnezone for an item I would just put Leftovers. Also I would use Thunderbolt,HP Ice,Magnet Rise,Substitute.

As for Gyarados I would use 252 Attack,154 Speed,104 HP. Then use the moveset of Dragon Dance,Taunt,Waterfall,Stone Edge.

After one Dragon Dance(DD) he will outspeed a Rapid Spin Starmie. Taunt moves like Thunder wave, etc. Then waterfall and stone edge for attacks.

However, with meganium, it should have hp fire or hp ice, for coverage and dragons, respectivaly. For gengar, give it choice scarf and use it as a lead. That way, it can inflict sleep on faster pokes.

Hmm... my peer pressure isn't working. Meganium is a weaker Celebi and can't do much else to separate it from it. If you can get Meganium to do a job that Celebi can't (other than Counter-sash), then I might not hate Meganium AS much. Oh, and it's ugly too.
