Snorlax-Shadow Ball instead of counter,Double-Edge instead of hidden power...

Gengar-Not good at all, First off, the stats won't help it with its weaknesses but if you don't want to get a new one,Replace Thunderbolt with Psychic otherwise get one with a lonely nature...

Breloom-Perfect! DON'T CHANGE A THING!!

Dugtrio-Sludge Bomb for Aerial Ace ,Replace Hidden Power with Fissure,Double Team or Tri Attack and give it a Liechi Berry or Leftovers

Arcanine-.......Replace Fire Blast with Flamethrower or Overheat and Iron Tail for Roar

On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 6.99999

I would max Atk and take off some HP.

Having HP [Steel] for Aero and Ttar isn't really worth it. Aero gets Countered to hell and unless it's Boah, Ttar will fall to Counter too. I would use Selfdestruct or Rest over it. With your EV spread, I'd take Rest. And speaking of your EV spread... It's a bit awkward for Cursing. You'd need to get quite a bit of Curses in before you can hit anything hard, which is screaming for Suicune to come phaze you. Consider a bit of attack if you don't want to depend on Counter for damage.

Meh... At least it surprises Swamperts. Walled completely by Blisslax without FP though. Also gets completely walled by CMRaikou, but you can't really do much about that.

Fine. You're not going to be hurting Salamence much with HP much anyway, I'd go for the OHKO on Gengar with Ghost. Leech Seed works too.

Unnecessary speed. You're not going to be beating Raikou with that anyway. ~334 Speed is good enough. Put the extra in attack.

teach gengar phychic with its awesome sp.atk. ditch dugtrio-it has really low defenses
