Nice chain grabbing. However I saw a very limited use of sheik's arsenal. Almost exclusively fairs in the air, and f-tilts and d-smash on the ground. While those are her best moves, I think some variety would have served you well, especially the d-tilt against that short rat. You are clearly very skilled and with time and experience you'll have a killer sheik. I'd suggest learning to shino stall, it would be well within your abilities and opens up some good options on the edge.

Edit: One more suggestion, I didn't see any needle canceling, although it may have just been that match.

i dont rely on chain throwing that much, but its not a bad move, when I run in to attack, i usually jump, maybe twice, and use fast falling to fake em out, then maybe start a combo with Nair. use Ftilt more. and MOST IMPORTANTLY: Block, Grab, Down throw, i use that all the time. also when you charge up needles, all y ou need to do is tap z lightly, instead of dodging. so you can maybe sneak in afew needle charges while ur opponent is just far enough away, then use all of em as part of a combo.
