dont pay atention on the marth (ME) i was not playing to win (cuz my friend cant beat me).........
just tell me some tips for his falco and ill tell him, i know he needs help thats y i post here

From what I can tell he needs to SHL more. It isn't just used to approach for an attack. It can be used to rack up the damage and to pressure the enemy. FD is a flat stage and he should used that aspect to abuse his SHL on you or said enemy.

apply more pressure, shl more, and learn how to pillar a marth for ex if u go look at the shiz, he does it perfectly. Just practice practice practice.

I couldn't agree more with what has been said. He needs to SHL tons more....from there you can mix it up with aerials and grabs. Also he needs to know how to combo the marth after he shines him.
