I would say a 3.5 out of 10...You should ask for advice not ratings o.O.

work on your spacing as you simply missed alot of attacks, especially grabs. Jab to grab works well, but you did it like 3 times in a row and missed most of them. Try not to use it so many times in a row, and mix it up a bit with jab to dash dance to grab and such. And be less straight forward, so you don't get predicted and run into down aerials ftl. You dash dance and wavedash alot, but it seems you do it mostly out of reflex. Use it to draw out a response from your opponent which you can take advantage of. Try dash dancing around until the marth lands from an aerial and run in with a jump canceled grab, this works well against marth.

I always get tempted to bair my up-throws, since they don't seem to hit with my uairs when the marth DIs, but yea i think i definitely need more jump-cancelled grabs, and whenever i try to jab-grab, they always seem to get out of range of my grab after i jab them. and yea the spacing needs work too.

thanks guys anything else?

I don't understand why all these people run away and shoot lasers in friendly matches -.-

don't try and shine spike everyone.

don't waste your double jump as soon as you possibly can, it's a ****ing awful habit. Practice your wave shining and JC grabs.

Tell your marth playing friend to practice spacing, especially when approaching/attacking (his double fairs are ridiculously sloppy)

Play more (preferably good) people, you guys just jump around and do stupid stuff all over.

Keep practicing, you've got potential. Hunt down some better players/go to tournaments/learn to recover/edge guard. There are plenty of good players near you (I think :urg:) Good luck.
