Rate my Fox! Another topic!

So yeah, guys, I need you to rate my Fox Skills. I know I'm not the best player in the world, but well, I started practicing intensely Wavedashing, and short hopping because I never used it in battles, and stuff.

Oh, and by the way, I read a thing saying that to short Hop With Fox, you need to release the button after 3/60th of a second..

1-) Is that true?

2-) Could any of you give me advice about doing it easier? I'm really having trouble with this technique, and sometimes it could give me the advantage.
