Ok i've only been playing a few months seriously, and i still can't wavedash all the time or l cancel all the time either, i also think i roll too much and generally don't have enough experience yet. Though any helpful advice would be appreciated.
dont be too hard on yourself... your rite your falco does need experiance, but for how far you have come in month is pretty good, your no forward, but not many people are... lol

its hard to try and say where you should be going from here....
ummm your speed needs a little working on... but i think you already know about that... practice more adv tech... and from the vids i would say shl and rshl cause i saw your ground laser there...

falcos wavedash is harder than it looks and you seem to be getting used to it... but use it more in the actual fight as a mindgame (but more importantly it looks ******* narly)

and DONT roll, you already knew that but hay...

oh and something really easy that puts damage on marth quite quicklly:
(im not sure if you would be comfortable trying this yet but im sure you can do it by the look of the vids so), basically try to land a dair, then shine he will go up heaps far then jump cancel double jump out of it and dair him (make sure you fast fall), ok so now your on the ground and he is falling down 9cause of the dair) but because you hit the ground first do an uptilt thatl nock him about a jumps height above you but i would highly recomend double jumping into another dair here,,, that puts about 50% damage on him straight away and is harder than it looks to get out of...
and once marth is at this damge he is very easy to combo... even nairs (i tyhink ive got about a 5 hit nair combo on a marth after this combo)

not sure how helpfull that is but i hope i helped in someway that warrants the waste of server room....
peace
