I see Skarm Bliss walling your entire team, or possibly the Tangrowth/ Milotic combo.

Facade+guts+burn+stab = awesome. Good Lead.

Good. Some people go with ice fang over waterfall. The loss of STAB kinda sucks, but it works great against the salamences and garchomps of the world.

Specsmence ftw. Nothing to really say here, its solid.

Froslass does not have the durability to be a good spiker. Throw shadow ball in there for a good stab.

Individually, your team is solid. As a team, though, you suffer from several shared weaknesses. Ice is kind of bad, because you have 3 weak, and the only one that resists is Froslass, who can't really take hits anyways. You have 4 weak to rock, with only Garchomp resisting. I would probably remove salamence for a wall of some kind, because you're team is kind of one. My suggestion:
Swampert @ leftovers
252 hp/252 def/ 6 atk
Impish
Avalanche
Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Roar

decent

Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

taunt would work wonders in certain situations

Azelf @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 32 HP/220 Spd/252 SAtk/6 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Psychic
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

you may not need HP to be fighting type, and if you have nasty plot i dont see the point of a life orb
---
Salamence (♂) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Hydro Pump

you should get rid of salamences draco meteor. as you keep using it, its sp attack will severely drop, even with the choice specs and all its other moves will get weaker because of the lowered sp attack
---
Froslass (♀) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Destiny Bond
- Ice Beam
- Spikes
- Thunderbolt

it could do with some defence EV's but its pretty good the way it is. although spikes wouldnt seem that useful. teach it shadow ball instead for the STAB bonus

Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 16 HP/252 Atk/240 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Speed, -SP Atk)

- Fire Fang

fire fang is good but stone edge instead would probably be a bit better

yeah, its an above average team in my opinion. the only bad pokemon might be swellow because it doesnt have the greatest defensive stats

You need at least one good wall... if your opponent is any good at predicting they could decimate your team. You need something to be able to switch into without taking lots of damage.

I say get rid of Frosslass for something like Bronzong or Milotic. Something that can take a hit.

 What's the Tangrowth/Milotic combo?
Though it would take too long to COMPLETELY explain how it works, I can give a short summary.
Using Tangrowth as your Physical wall and Milotic as your Special wall.
Tangrowth has leech Seed, sleep powder, Power Whip, and filler
Milotic has Surf, Ice Beam, rest, sleep talk
together they cover each others weaknesses(except for tangrowths Flying and Bug ones) and cover a great deal of threats.
Leech seed and Sleep powder can help milotic take on Physical threats, and Milotic can use Marvel scale to absorb status and sleep it off.

Ive used it, it works generally.

Salamense is the only one that i see a problem with. If you replace draco meteor and hydro pump with somthing else you will have a powerhouse team.

It's called SpecsMence for a reason, and those are pretty much the best Special moves Salamence can get...

Your team is nicely composed. However, you have no wall/tank whatsoever.
