I feel like a dragon type would be useful as nothing else fears ice, but its pretty well balanced as is... No grass move though. Give something grass knot or give heatran hidden power grass. I don't love the jolteon O_o

Edit: For heatran I would go scarf over specs. His SPa is rediculas as it is, and with the scarf overcoming his medeocre speed he becomes a pretty insane sweeper.

I'll check what HP my Heatran has. Hopefully it's Grass.

You could throw Tri Attack on Togekiss, hmm. It gets STAB, plus works wonders with Serene Grace.

I refuse to rate on account of your weeaboo use of the letter r and the word Kawaii in your name.
classy.

as for the team, the pokemon are extremely...sterile. I'll help you with the team but I need some direction for what you want to do. Catch me on AIM instead.

Actually, I hate the word Kawaii and I hate my name. I dunno what that has to do with my team though..

Anywayyy

Okay, I will. I just threw this team together really. >_> It's not even that fun to use to be honest.

Gengar has fun with this team.
That being said, this team just doesn't look like it would work. Like. At all. The team balences itself so you can't really remove anyone without effecting another team member, but at the same time the Balence just doesn't help enough.
I think you should just start over. But if you want to keep Azelf, get Taunt. Taunt leads are amazing IMO.

Azelf doesn't need Taunt since your Gyarados already has one. Thunderbolt is preferred though. :]
Eh, Taunt on both of them would serve and help the team differently though. For Zelf, to break setups, for Gyara, to make setups.
I say go with Taunt and if anything else instead, Fire Blast.

Nah, Air Slash is good enough (60% flinch > 40% whatever) + I don't think it can even learn it.

+1 Gyarados with those EVs doesn't outrun Timid Starmie, also, no one uses Bold Blissey anymore. Run these EVs instead.

156 HP / 72 Atk / 96 Def / 184 Spe.

This allows you to outrun Jolly Tyranitar before a Dragon Dance and +Speed Starmie and Azelf after a Dragon Dance.

Also, Togekiss CAN learn Tri Attack.

Edit: Some more stuff...

Put a Band on Scizor and make his EVs 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe. The unmaxed HP evs won't let Scizor die to a switch-in from SR. Also, make his moveset:
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower
-U-turn
-Pursuit

That Heatran really wants Scarf and max speed EVs to outspeed things.
