Random Freezing at Match Start

This has been a consistent problem. Every so often (I'd say about 1/20 matches) the game will freeze during the animations of the characters appearing. I have uninstalled, re-installed, reformatted, defragged, and done all the other usual fixes, but none have worked. Is this just a random bug with the game itself? I am using unmodded P:M besides custom music and character portraits. Any help?
