theory incoming:

if you take a look at the move using Project Smash Attacks (PSA) you may be able to find a colour flag to change the whole shine.

if this is possible, you may be able to create a loop where the shine is used to change the value of the colour as the move loops.

I do believe the color of the shine is actually controlled directly by the color info inside the reflector's model. Not sure if it's possible to do that for Brawl/Project M.

Edit: Actually maybe you can since there's multiple models for the Reflector... Idk might be worth an attempt! Heheh

But I have litteraly no knowledge of customizing Brawl except taking stuff from BrawlVault and adding it to a folder in an SD Card. I'm looking for someone to point me in the right direction to make this happen, like where to find shine's color and model files and what not.

Look with BrawlBox at FitFox.pac (his moveset file) and shine stuff should be in there.
