Raichu skin for Pikachu in Melee

Hey guys long time melee fan here!!. i was wondering if anybody here had created a Raichu texture for Pikachu. i think this would be really cool if it existed and would be even cooler if the actual model was edited so that it was more than just a recolor. i could imagine his long tail and his pointy ears!!! any help being pointed in the right direction would be great. thank you!!

Off the top of my head I can't remember having seen one. Although the forum's search feature is often handy for this sort of thing (and sometimes you find interesting things you weren't even looking for).
