R.O.B. Ultimately Balance

Personally, R.O.B. is one the most balanced characters in the game. Perfect projectiles, floaty heavyweight, and does some decent damage. Of course he has probably the best recovery in the game. maybe it's because i play R.O.B. to much and I main him, but still amazing character.
