So I heard that you'll be able to do any attack immediately out of a dash, including tilts. How is that going to work? I know Dash Attacks are back so it can't just be pressing A mid-dash. Will you have to release the stick first then do the tilt?

yes, you release the stick and then can input any attack. Don't have to press down or anything.
Apparently it's a bit hard to do that to a forward tilt fast, but .. you can change c-stick to attacks instead of smashes to make it easier,

Yes, they've (treehouse reps and people who got to play the demo) confirmed that it's the act of letting go of the stick that resets you to a neutral state, letting you then do whatever you like during what would previously have been a "run stop" animation.

I think most pros will be changing their C-stick to tilts now as a result of this.
