Can someone give me an exact breakdown of what is going on at :23 seconds?

I'm trying to recreate this, but the video is super grainy and I can't tell what moves he's doing on the platforms, and whether or not he's fast falling. To me it looks like 3 Nairs in a row, but I can't seem to get under him the way he does. Can anyone tell? Thanks in advance

you don't need to fast fall those first nairs

on the original video, mariguas gets under falcon better allowing him to hit him higher on the last nair. I just can't get that same height without fast falling

but to me the easiest option is to not fast fall on the first time and fast fall on the second

you can also roll to the left on that top platform and do a pivot, not sure if it becomes easier for you

gotcha! you didn't fast fall either platform in the video though right?
