Quick question on custom CSPs

I tried looking all over the place for what I was looking for, but I couldn't find clear instructions. I downloaded a bunch of textures from Kitty Corp. and Stack Smash, and they work perfectly, but now I want to create portraits for them on the CSS.

I downloaded a rar file called "CSPTools.1.321C02" and read a help file in there, but it seems like that's meant for creating custom textures. I have the pcs and pac file for every texture I'm using, but I don't know what to do with them to make them into portraits. Can somebody please help me out? I don't know much about computers so layman's terms would be extremely helpful.

Should be everything you need. You can't directly make CSPs out of the pac or pcs. The best way is to take screenshots of the characters in game against 75M or Pictochat and save them to your SD card. Then run them through a converter, which is pretty easy to find. Then follow the instructions in the guide I gave you the link to.
