quick question about controller ports

so i know about the whole 4th port having the advantage. but if your playing in 4th port on wifi and appear as 1st player, do you still get the advantage? not sure if this was posted before and sorry if it has.

"Port" is determined by who is hosting, and the order people join in.

Host = Port 1
First Join = Port 2
Second Join = Port 3
Last Join = Port 4
