Lol, yea that one was kind of a joke. But I wanted people to think about it. Mods probably work hard doing their job. They don't get paid to put up with ****. So what is their own individual drive to actually take on that kind of responsibility? Just wondering.

Love for the site and respect for the people therein I'd imagine. Also, moderator positions are earned by being a good poster and active in the online community.
