There's a nintendo tooltip on loading screens that acknowledges it exists, but how effective is it compared to the older games?
Is it more effective to stick to the quarter circle motions? I can see that it's possible to escape some multihit moves like bowser jr's fsmash and others' jab combos, etc. but do you think that having a C-stick when Smash Wii U comes out tonight buff SDI?
