Questions about kailleraclients

Is there a way to have both the P2P client and the normal client? Also, when I try to P2P, in waiting games, it says "downloading list" and NEVER finishes. Thanks for your help.

And yes there is.

What I do is simply keep the one I wish to use with its normal name "kailleraclient.dll" while the other is something like "kailleraclient2.dll"....only the one with the normal name will work with the emulator, so as you need to use them, simply rename them as you wish

Just get the client with both P2P and server support. Download Isai's Mupen to get one of the 2 kaillera files used to do this (One being the September 15th file, the other being Nov 1st file).

with earlier p2p clients, you were able to press ctrl or something before opening pj64k to load the kaillera u wanted to. but then after they put in access to servers they took it out i think

I lag if i try to connect to EGX through the p2p client for some reason D:

so i have to keep the old one...which sucks because if there are to many games/players in EGX, it wont let me connect D:

I am bumping this thread because some people may have not seen it, and it can potentially solve some of their problems. Perhaps a few newcomers to kaillera have some of the same questions as my 8th grade self. This thread will prove invaluable to those individuals. Oh, and the fact that I happen to be the creator this thread is sheer coincidence. This bump is totally in the interest of others, ya know.



In fact, I think we should all bump any threads that can be useful, or might be a good read/view (without even pretending to contribute any discussion, like the ever-so-wise Zenyore and Olikus did). That way nobody will have to miss anything.

Seriously though, bumping old combo vids?, not making new vids, or substance to any posts, then clogging up my youtube feed with all his likes on his old *** vids. No tact, and annoying, and this is coming from a fan :/ smh. These old thread should be locked, and peeps should not SPAM.
