Hey guys so I have a few questions, and I'm sorry if I sound stupid lol, I didn't install 3.02 so I don't know how it all works..

1. So first of all do I need 3.02 to install 3.5? Like I know 3.02 updates itseld automatically, so do I need it? Or will 3.5 be available for download like normal?

2. Do I still need homebrew to install and use 3.02 and 3.5?

3. If not, will 3.5 work on a wiiu if I plug it into my wiiu?

4. Lastly, how do I install the newer versions? Do I just need to delete everything from my SD card and drag all the new stuff into the empty SD? Or are there other steps?

Please halp! Thanks guys!

1. No, you can use 3.5 if you didn't have 3.02 before.

2. No

3. Yes

4. That's it, unless you have other customisations on your card. Back up the current contents of your card first.

Sweet. That makes things very simple! Thanks :)

Also2 more things

I just remembered this, what size SD card do I need if I play on wiiu, and what do I need on the wii? Or can I use any size SD card now for both?

And I just read this on the forums.. something about the wiiu blocking you from playing modded games? Any knowledge on that?

1. 1 or 2 GB for non-homebrew. Homebrew users can use SDHC cards (up to 32 GB).

2. I've heard both sides of this; one person says it does if you have the card in when you turn it on, others say it doesn't. I don't play it on Wii U, so I can't confirm either way.

1. Oh I just realized.. k I don't need homebrew on the wiiu cause I can use the hackless method.. Butt I prefer homebrew. So does 3.5 work with homebrew? Or does it have its own new boot up method that makes homebrew useless? That is the question I should have asked. I just don't understand how it works cause I haven't installed it yet, and I don't wana make any mistakes installing it.

2. K so if I do turn it on the the SD card will it break my wiiu forever? Or only when the SD card is in the wiiu?

1. Yes, it works with homebrew. Homebrew is the "natural" loading method for anything like this, and no future update to PM will render it unable to load via homebrew.

2. It cannot damage your console in any way, whether it works or not.
