Question on wish

Hey, I want to get an Umbreon with wish. How do I do this? I checked the breeding groups and none of the Pokemon that learn wish are in there...
Edit- I think I got it...
Do I have to use Smeargle and learn it through sketch?

Yeah, it's that way. Get a pokemon with Wish in a double battle so Smeargle can sketch it.
You've just explained it for yourself. Other than that, use AR.

It doesn't matter how stupid the question(s) may be. Unless you ask question after question about things any decent PokeFan should know about. In that case, you should lurk moar.
