question on breeding and ivs

If you give a Ditto an everstone and breed it with a male or sexless (ex: Claydoll) pokemon, that nature has a 50% chance of being passed to offspring. Basically, whenever Ditto acts as a female it'll work.
As for IV's, generally good IVs come from parents with good IVs. There's always some variation up or down with IVs, so if you keep using parents with good IVs then eventually the kid will have even better values.
