Question For Nintendo Ds R4 Moonshell

I don't know where to post this, but for those that have the R4, I have a question regarding the CHEATS.

Are the cheats PRE SUPPLIED WITH THE MOONSHELL, meaning that they are cheats for only certain games or previous games.

Does it matter which game I download. For instance, I downloaded finalfantasy megapack, put it in my R4. As I am scrolling down, only FF3 have cheats (press Y for it), yet there's none for FF4/FFXII revenant wings. If someone can legitimately answer this clearly, it'd help me to save a lot of time. a buttload.
