Question about tourney names and their problems

Is there some official listing of which tourney nicknames are already taken? And what happens if two people that have been using the same name for all their other tourneys (example: Google) go to the same tourney planning to use their old name? How then do you differentiate Google living in Arkansas from Google living in Louisiana? If the tourney names are first come first serve, then couldn't a random person take the name of a well known player (like Kizzu or someone), and that'd cause a lot of confusion, right?

What I'm asking is if there's a certain guideline on picking tourney names on a state-wide, regional, and national level of brawling. I'd like to find out how people handle situations like the ones in the first paragraph with Kizzu and Google. This would also help me in choosing my tourney name

It doesn't matter if names overlap. The odds of two people choosing the same name and then both being good enough to be memorable are very low, and even if it happened, referring to them as "*name* from *place*" would suffice.

Though this is a good example of why originality is important, yayuhz.
