Question about streaming Project M on Hitbox/Twitch

Though I don't quite have the computer and equipment necessary yet, I'd like to be able to stream all kinds of Nintendo/Smash games, including Project M. Now it has been made quite apparent that Project M is not welcome on Twitch, so I figured that I will just plan to stream on Hitbox. However, when I suggested this idea to someone else, they told me Twitch's partnership comes with an exclusivity clause that would prevent me from also streaming on Hitbox (Note that Hitbox does not have this clause if I'm not mistaken). My question is, assuming I were to have a sub button on both sites, would there be a way around the exclusivity clause or some other way for me to stream stuff thats not allowed on Twitch on Hitbox?
