Question about Roy

Hello there I've been wondering does a Custom Marth Moveset (PSA) work on Roy?

It should. You would need to modify it to use Roy's SFX yourself though, as the PSA will be trying to use Marth's instead (which it cannot unless Marth is also in the battle, resulting in mostly silence).
