How do you do the full length one that has two bursts of the quick attack in the same direction. I see some videos where people do it along the ground to cover most of stage's distance. But I only ever did it once by accident and cannot do it again.

The double QA works the same way it always did. It requires two different directional inputs. The best way to do it across the ground is to hit Up + B and either right or left depending on the way you want to move, then the next input in the same direction but with a slight down angle.
For example, say you are moving with a double QA to the right: Input Up + B -> right -> (pause about 1 second) right + down. The result will be moving twice in the right side direction.
This becomes very easy to pull off with just a small amount of practice.
